Hi Ms. Donna, my name is Kari....I was incarcerated at the county jail a couple times and I attended your class every week, you and the girls that come in definitely "planted the seed" as you would say. I really got a lot out of the classes which made me interested. I recently moved back home to Maryland because I wanted to get sober. I met back up with my best friend, who is now sober and has re-dedicated herself to God. She had a dream that she knew God wanted her to share with me. That sparked the conversation about the Lord that i had been wanting to have but was too timid to start myself. I was excited to tell you that i am learning how to walk with God and my journey started with your dedication to all of the girls in OCJ. Thank you, a million times for teaching the word and planting the seed. You've had more of an impact on my life then you'll ever know. I know you were sometimes discouraged because you keep seeing the same faces in your class over and over again, but I want you to know that it took me four times to get the message. I want to encourage you to continue to share God's word with the ladies at OCJ. Your obedience to God in sharing the Word has been a blessing to me. Thank you for everything you do. I am proof that God is working through you.
